Review in Home Construction and Repair category from Warwick, Rhode Island

Future Contracting & Estimators (AKA Fraudtracting) are not licensed adjusters or trustworthy reputable reliable people. They will take your signature to fabricate, forge and notorize documents including "Attorney in Fact" and "payment authorizations" sending them to your insurance company and lender without your knowledge . All the while you believe they are estimating your loss and possibly still have a choice to hire them for the reconstruction of your home. But you don'T. Low and behold, 1 year later, you and your children are still living among damage, debris hazards, shattered windows, water infiltration, birds insects and animals will enter you gone through the damage. And you are left to fend for yourself while crooks walk away after they receive the big repair Check. Your insurance company will say "not my problem" and you will spend every day submitting complaints and every day fighting to get your insurance money returned. Ralph Catallozzi, Dawn Catollozzi, Kim Catallozzi make off with all the insurance proceeds and don't do the work, leaving you're house exposed to more extensive damages like mold in addition to the original repairs. Don't believe the hype. Phoneys fakes and frauds They'll befriend you after a catastrophe, brag about experience and expertise. The only skill they are experts in fruad, artfully manipulating your insurance company to get themselves a payday while they screw your family without a blink of an eye. Then you'll spend years chasing them in court hoping to get funds returned. That is if you can afford a lawyer for a few years. This is my PSA If you want to give away your insurance repair money after a disaster, jeopardize your credit, live years among damage, debris & faulty workmanship, have your signature forged on legal instruments giving away all your rights ... Then be sure to use FRAUDTRACTING! Otherwise use the RI DBR website to search for a "licensed" adjuster or the Contractors Registration and Licensing Board for contractors with no violations. Do not believe that this company is legitimate or that the Catallozzi gang (All of them and their employees) has any fiduciary responsibility to you in addition they a devoid of professional integrity, ethics or heart. Only sick criminals would take advantage of a single mother with small children after a disaster and terrible loss. Shame! If you've been defrauded by an adjuster/estimator/Contractor email me at 1mom4justice@***.com for tips on next steps to take to assert your rights.

Ralph Catallozzi is perhaps the most devious person I've ever encountered. He is an abominable contractor who takes the insurance money and he runs with it!

Ralph Catallozzi of Future Contractors rec'd a very large sum of money from Travelers Insurance and had me sign the checks over to him. In my naiivity, I did! Huge mistake. I never realized he and his family that worked for him were so devious. He didn't do nearly the amt of work that was covered by insurance and the work he did was beyond shoddy. He absolutely is devoid of any conscience. I have had to hire my own carpenters at my personal expense to repair the mess his laborers did. It makes me so sad when I see the damage he has done to a house that was of high quality at one time. BEWARE!!!!

Ralph Catallozzi was hired by me to repair a roof that was blown away. Ralph asked me to sign over the $20.000 check to him and he would take care of the rest!

Well I was fooled—- Ralph is a GREAT con man! After he supposedly fixed the roof—- the roof started leaking , I kept on calling Ralph and asking him to repair the roof , he said he would and would never show up! Here we are several years later and I had to pay for the roof repair out of my own pocket!

Ralph is not a licensed public adjuster all he is is a General Contrator. Be very careful with Future Contracting and Estimators , you will make a very bad decision if you go with them!

Sounds like a stereotypical Rhode Island CRIMINAL! This kind of practice has been going on for way too long in this state.

There needs to be more people like you that is not afraid to do the work and stand up to Racketeers like this guy in our state. I only hope that he gets caught and shut down before he can destroy some other home owners house and steal the insurance money.

Same thing happened to me! Avoid Ralph Catalozzi at all costs!!

# Do not hire Future Contracting and Estimators!! You will regret it!

STAY AWAY, THE ENTIRE FAMILY ARE CROOKS

Ralph and Family are complete CROOKS! Ralph asked me to sign the Insurance check over to him, so me being uneducated in the Insurance world signed it over to Ralph at Future Contracting. Here we are 2 years after and my Roof is leaking! After numerous calls to Ralph, his daughter kim no calls back. This has been going on for over 3 months. Ralph and Future Contracting are a Terrible Company to due business with. I will be filling a report with the Department of Business Regulation in Rhode Island. STAY AWAY! Just google Future Contracting and Estimators LLC. AND that will give you more information about the company! Also Google Ralph Catallozzi that will Tell YOU MORE!

This company is a total joke! These idiots did a roof job for me and guess what? IT LEAKED!! Ok, These *** don't even have a friggin shop vac to clean up after themselfs!! Come on what contracting company doesn't own a SHOP VAC?? And besides the fact that they left a complete mess on my property and in my home, they even left their cigarette's butts all over my lawn! The owner Ralph is a total ***, and no clue what the *** he's doing. The Foreman is OK (seems to know what hes doing), but the two knuckle heads he has working for him are a joke. One is his son and the other is always stoned. Do yourself a favor and do not allow this company on your property, much less allow them to work on your house or business.
